Session Fees

Individual Therapy — 50 minutes | $295

Couples Therapy — 50–60 minutes | $320

Medicare Rebates

Eligible clients can access a Medicare rebate for individual therapy sessions with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP. The current Medicare rebate for a Clinical Psychologist is $149.05 per session, making the out-of-pocket gap for an individual session $145.95. Under the Better Access initiative, eligible clients can claim up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.

Please note that Medicare rebates are not available for couples therapy, cancelled or unattended sessions, or for sessions attended via telehealth while overseas.

Private Health Insurance

Depending on your level of extras cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for psychology sessions through your private health insurer. We recommend checking directly with your fund to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.

Please note that Medicare rebates and private health insurance rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.

Payment

Session fees for both in-person and telehealth appointments are charged to your securely stored card at the time of each session

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours but more than 24 hours notice will be charged at the half session fee. Cancellations, reschedules or non attendance with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full fee. This policy helps ensure that appointment availability is managed fairly, and that cancelled sessions can be offered to clients who are waiting for support.

Please note that cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or private health insurance.

Fees are subject to change

Our fees are reviewed periodically. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients in advance.

We are unable to provide reports for legal or court matters, insurance claims or for academic or work exemptions.
